Operator Identification: This website and the MakerBox3D brand are operated by Petr Lipavský, registered office at Slatina 153, Vysoké Mýto 56601 , Czech Republic, ID (IČO): 02225638. In these Terms, the provider is referred to as "MakerBox3D".

1. Scope of Service

MakerBox3D provides digital content, including but not limited to STL files, 3D models, technical manuals, and firmware code (collectively "Digital Products"). By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are buying digital instructions for DIY (Do-It-Yourself) assembly. No physical items, tools, or electronic components are included in any purchase.

2. "As-Is" Warranty & No Guarantee

All Digital Products are provided on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis. MakerBox3D makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the success of your build, the accuracy of the manuals, or the compatibility with your specific 3D printer, hardware, or third-party API changes (e.g., updates to YouTube/Instagram API that may affect data display). We do not guarantee that the result will match the promotional images exactly, as results depend entirely on your skill, equipment, and materials.

3. Final Sale & No Refunds

Digital Products are non-tangible, irrevocable goods. Pursuant to the EU Consumer Rights Directive and global digital commerce standards, you explicitly consent to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download has begun or the link has been provided. No exceptions will be made.

4. Absolute Liability Disclaimer (Global)

You acknowledge that DIY electronics and 3D printing involve inherent risks (fire, electrical shock, toxic fumes, mechanical injury). To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

No Liability: In no event shall MakerBox3D, its founders, or affiliates be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind. This includes, without limitation, property damage, personal injury, or death arising from your use of our digital files or assembly instructions.
Safety Responsibility: All assembly steps, wiring, and soldering are done at your own risk. MakerBox3D instructions are conceptual suggestions, not certified engineering blueprints.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold MakerBox3D harmless from any claim or demand, including attorney’s fees, made by any third party due to your misuse of the products or violation of safety standards.

5. Intellectual Property & Commercial Use

Every purchase grants a Single-User Personal License. You are strictly prohibited from: (a) Sharing, reselling, or sub-licensing the digital files; (b) Mass-producing physical 3D prints for sale; (c) Using the designs for commercial gain without a separate Commercial License agreement.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Class Action Waiver: You agree that any proceedings to resolve or litigate any dispute will be conducted solely on an individual basis. You will not seek to have any dispute heard as a class action or in any other representative proceeding.

7. Severability & Compliance

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms; such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

8. Modifications

MakerBox3D reserves the right to update these terms and the content of Digital Products at any time without prior notice.
